Yes. Thai people can go to Canada. Thailand is one of over 70 countries whose residents can visit Canada with an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) rather than a visa.
Thai citizens require a Canadian eTA to enter the nation for the following reasons:
- Holidays
- Visiting family and friends
- Business trips
- To receive medical treatment
Canada’s electronic travel authorization is multiple-entry. This means that Koreans can enter Canada several times using the same eTA over the 5 years that it is valid.
Only when the Canada eTA, or registered passport, expires does a Thai person need to reapply for the necessary authorization to fly to Canada.
Each stay in the nation cannot exceed the standard maximum duration of 180 days.
