What to do if eTA is refused?
There are several reasons why a Canada ETA application may be declined. This is most likely due to the fact that you are not a citizen of a visa-eligible nation or do not fulfill the Canada visa criteria. Before submitting your application, Canada Immigration Services will explain basic requirements for processing an ETA:
- Passport must be valid for at six months since the first date of issue. The passport must have more than 2 bank pages for stamping a visa mark. If your passport is going to expire, you should go to the Immigration Department to have a new one.
- A duplicate passport biographical page of applicants
- A recent picture of applicants which shows faces and forehead clearly. The background must be white or plain white and you should not wear any accessories. The photo can be in any size or any format that you have.
After preparing all these documents, you can now apply for a Canada ETA at Canada Immigration Services website. Our system is created to serve travelers the most amazing experience when applying for an e-visa. All you need to do is fill out the form with your exact information and remember if the data is not true, your application will be rejected. All new application forms will cause another fee so please pay attention when completing the form.
