Yes, being a citizen of Greece, you need a Canada Visa for the citizens of Turkish to visit Canada. You just need a visa to enter and stay in the country for business, transit or tourism purposes. To get this document, you have to visit the Canada embassy in Turkey

2. Check Canada visa requirements for Turkish citizens 

Turkish passport holders are NOT ELIGIBLE for eTA. Therefore, travelers need to apply for a visa before traveling to Canada

To apply for a Canada ETA, you must have several items that are:

• Valid passport
• At least 1 blank page
• Copy of passport details page
• Copy of any page with markings, stamps, or visas
• Copy of previous passports (not older than 10 years) with previous entry and exit stamps, study and or work permits, if applicable
• Passport-sized photos with applicant’s name and date of birth written in the back (only for those not required to provide biometric fingerprints and photos)

• At least 6 months of account details that include balances to assess applicant’s financial situation
• Medical exam (usually only for those visiting for more than six months)
• Completed IMM 5645 form
