Is the Canada eTA for UK citizens valid for multiple entries?
Yes. The Canada eTA for UK citizens is acceptable as a multiple-entry authorization over a period of up to five years or until the passport's expiration date, whichever is shorter.
Travelers should read the eligibility of the Canada eTA carefully before applying for a Canada eTA visa from the UK:
- Canada eTA visa is applied for airlines only.
- Your eTA visa is electronically connected to your national passport. You have to apply for a new eTA if you change to a new passport.
- You can visit Canada for up to 06 months for tourism, conference, business trip, and medical treatment purposes.
- To apply for a Canada eTA visa, the applicant is required to be over 18. If not, the parents or legal guardian do that instead.
If eligibility requirements do not match you, you can consider applying for a regular visa at the Canadian Embassy or the Consulate.
