What information will I get by email after I apply for a Canada eTA?
Having a valid email address is a requirement when applying for a Canada ETA on the Canadian Immigration Services website. This is necessary as the entire process of obtaining a Canadian ETA is conducted online, and all communication pertaining to the visa application will be through email.
Via this email, applicants will receive the confirmation of their visa order, which contains their personal information and payment receipt. It is important for applicants to carefully review all the information in this step to ensure that the application form is accurate. In case any incorrect information is found, applicants should immediately contact us for timely support. After that, applicants may receive an email requiring further documentation to complete the process; in that case, please send us enough required documents.
After submitting the visa application in a few days, you will receive an email that attaches the Canadian ETA in PDF format. You should then download the Canadian ETA and print it out before departing. Upon your arrival at one of the Canadian international airports, you need to show it to the Immigration Officer to verify your eligibility. If you have any questions about the Canadian ETA, please contact us to get the best support.
